. Simple to do just trace promise badges onto shrink plastic, cut them out, punch holes in them and shrink!

I got mine online a quick search for ‘shrink plastic’ brings up loads of sites I used http://www.handyhippo.co.uk and http://www.fun2make.co.uk I found the classroom pack was the best deal.
http://www.beadsisters.co.uk was the source for the jump rings, chain and clasp.
